Our process
Germination
The first stage is the most delicate: we choose the substrate with care for each type of system, to get the highest germination rate.
Transplant
Some plants are not grown from seed but from cuttings or runners, like strawberries: we root them in soil first and then move them across.
Closed loop
Water and nutrients go round a sealed system. Probes listen to conductivity and pH, filters put it all back in the line. Nothing leaves.
Harvest
Picking happens in the greenhouse, a few metres from whoever will eat it.
